Christian Quaynor is a highly motivated and purpose-driven leader, known for his results-oriented approach and passion for investing in people to help them achieve their fullest potential. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Apex Plus Solutions Limited, a dynamic and rapidly growing business consultancy, real estate, and oil & gas services company based in Ghana, West Africa.
His professional career spans diverse industries, equipping him with extensive experience in business development, consultancy, and energy services. He began as an intern with the Management Information Systems (MIS) Department of the Volta River Authority (VRA) at its Head Office in Accra, working within the Technical Planning and Corporate Training section. He later advanced to become a Partner and Head of Business Development at Jokach Company Limited, where he was responsible for security consultancy, supervising installations, data analysis, business negotiations, research, and budgeting.
Christian went on to serve as Business Coordinator and Director at New Alpha Refinery Ghana Limited, where he played a pivotal role in securing investors, technical partners, and financial support, and facilitated a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Energy. From 2009 to 2011, he also represented Vusani Oil and Gas Limited as the company’s Country Representative, further deepening his involvement in the energy sector.
In November 2011, Christian founded Apex Plus Solutions as a sole proprietorship focused on investor relations and business support services. The company provided consultancy in business setup, acquisition of permits and licenses, negotiations, and connecting investors and financiers to projects across Ghana and the sub-region. In 2018, Apex Plus Solutions transitioned into a limited liability company, expanding its operations to become a trusted name in consultancy, real estate, and oil & gas services.
Christian holds a Master of Arts in Conflict, Peace and Security from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre and a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a major in Geophysics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Mfantsipim School, where his leadership journey began.

Beatrice Afua Quaynor, Esq. is a highly accomplished lawyer and communications professional who brings a rare combination of legal expertise and public relations acumen to her role as Director of Communications and Public Relations at Apex Plus Solutions Limited. With an extensive academic and professional background spanning law, journalism, public relations, and languages, she plays a pivotal role in strategically managing the company’s image, reputation, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring they are well-positioned for sustainable growth.
Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and was subsequently called to the Ghana Bar after completing the Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law. Her legal training provides her with the ability to align the company’s communications strategies with compliance, governance, and regulatory standards.
Beyond her legal qualifications, Beatrice is a seasoned communications strategist. She earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and a Diploma in Journalism from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ), where she honed advanced expertise in media relations, corporate communications, and reputation management.
Her international academic exposure includes a degree in French from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in France, reflecting her strong multicultural and multilingual capabilities. This global perspective enhances her ability to engage diverse stakeholders and represent Apex Plus Solutions effectively on international platforms.
With her combined expertise in law and communications, Beatrice serves as a vital bridge between the company, the public, and regulatory institutions.
