APEX PLUS SOLUTIONS LIMITED was incorporated under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (No. 151) of the Republic of Ghana on the 18th of November, 2011. The principal business was Investor Relations/support, Import & Export. Apex Plus Solutions have supported various investors to do Business in Ghana and the sub-region. International Companies who do not know the African terrain, through our services have explored and identified opportunities in Ghana and the African continent. Our services include, but not limited to Providing visa support, Airport pickups, scouting for various investment opportunities, arranging meetings with relevant Agencies and Individuals, Registering Businesses, Facilitating the acquisition of licenses, setting up offices etc..
We do ensure that, investing in Africa is made easier, safer, attractive and rewarding. We develop not only a Professional relationship with our clients, but also a private one, which enables them to approach us for even services we do not provide directly. Our clients have remained our Advertisers due to the dedicated and Professional services they receive from us.
We became a limited liability company incorporated under the companies Act 1963 (Act 179) on the 14th of June, 2018 and included Oil & Gas services, Business & Investment Advisory services, Real Estate development, Procurements services, Import & Export services and Projects financing support to our core business activities. We have already made our presence in these new fields known to our competitors by the approach we have adopted to doing business. With almost a decade of experience in business coupled with the strategic partnerships, strong network and associations, we aim at taking over businesses in the fields we find ourselves in.
